SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND INTERNATIONAL

We have free shipping on all of our products with express shipping options available. All shipping times are not exact they are approximate. Our courier is Australia Post, so shipping time and dates can vary depending on Australia post factors.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing orders.​

We are not liable for an wrong information and refunds may not be allowed if wrong information is given. Please double check your shipping and billing address is correct before completing your order. 

CUSTOMS FEES

Please be aware that Sand Gaze is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages. 

Our prices do not include customs charges that you may incur when importing these products to your country. 

Sand Gaze is not responsible if your countries postal does not contact you with the awaiting packages. You tracking number will be your best guide to see where your package is in association with you .

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand that online shopping is incredibly hard, therefore we have no problem accepting returns. Please read our return guidelines to make sure your meet them and are able to receive your store credit. 

You have 7 days from when the item was delivered to return your items.

All orders are provided with a return form. It is located in your package with your delivered items. 

Steps for returning your items

1- Try on your garments over underwear​

2- Take unwanted garments & check tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in garment bag.

3- Fill out your returns form making sure you fill in ALL sections to make it easier/faster for us to process at our Sand Gaze warehouse

4- Post back to address provided. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

5- Once the items arrive at the Sand Gaze Warehouse you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been received and your store credit is ready to use.​

Terms and Conditions 

Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached. If the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with, we can legally refuse to refund your items.
We suggest you try on your swimwear garments over your underwear due to hygiene reasons, once you are happy, you can remove all tags. 

If items received back are tampered with, a fee of 20% of the original order will occur as we are not able to repurpose this back into our inventory. 

Faulty garments. If you receive a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault, Please contact our customer service team with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish an outcome that is fair for all.
